Sweeping views of the ocean, dunes, and palm trees from all three sides of the main living area. 70″ wall-mounted smart TV w/cable.
This area boasts tons of natural light (thank you, end unit!). Direct balcony access from this space.
Puzzles, books, card decks, children’s books, magna-tiles, board games, etc. provided as a courtesy.
King primary suite with full bath, balcony access, and beautiful, direct ocean view. 39″ smart TV w/cable.
2nd bedroom has a single Twin plus a bunk bed (with a Queen on the bottom and a Twin XL on the top). The bedroom has a 44″ wall-mounted smart TV w/cable.
3rd/corner bedroom has a queen & twin bed and wall-mounted 40″ smart TV. (See “Photo Gallery” for pictures of all bedrooms.)
All linens are (sheets, comforters, bath towels, washcloths) included in rental price. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make yourself at home on the beach.
There’s a brand new Keurig, “regular” coffee pot, crockpot, steamer, toaster, kid-friendly cups and dishes, and plenty of “real” dishes, bowls, cups, wine glasses, etc. Plus, a full-sized fridge/freezer, oven, and dishwasher.
In addition to barstool seating for four at the kitchen counter, there is also a dining room table with seating for six.
A small booster/high chair that straps directly to the dining chair is stored in the 2nd bedroom closet. Child must be able to sit up independently to safely use it.
Recently updated, there are two full baths in the condo. One is in the hallway (sink, toilet, shower) and one is in the primary bedroom (sink, toilet, tub/shower combo).
All linens are (sheets, comforters, bath towels, washcloths) included in rental price. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
If you need to do laundry during your stay, a new washer & dryer (2023) are provided in a dedicated closet within the dry-entry. The cabinets above include detergent, fabric softener, stain remover, etc. There’s also a broom, Swiffer, etc. should you need them during your stay.
The balcony (accessible from the primary bedroom and main living space) provides lovely views. From your elevated chairs or cushioned couch seating, take in the dunes, palm trees, and the tide. Pictures simply don’t do it justice!
This screened-in dry entry is a perfect location for your beach belongings. Bring your own or use what we’ve provided (2 adult chairs, 2 children’s chairs, several boogie boards, and sand toys.)
*For your protection and ours, the dry-entry is secured with a Ring doorbell.
The shared pool is a great size for a small building and ranges from 3 to 8 ft. in depth. It’s easily accessible and visible directly from the dry-entry.
The pool is maintained by the HOA and open from April 1 to October 1 (it is not heated). No lifeguard is on-duty, so please supervise children carefully.

Parking
Your reservation includes parking for two vehicles. Parking is in the lot attached to the building and spaces are unassigned. A parking pass, completely filled out, must be displayed at all times or your vehicle will be subject to towing at your expense.
Miscellaneous Odds & Ends
There is an outdoor shower and sprayer on the side of the building, directly on the path from the beach walkway back to the unit. Please be sure to rinse off excess sand prior to reentering the building.
North Myrtle Beach prohibits tents/canopies on the beach between May 15 and September 15. Umbrellas only (to see the full guidelines and other beach regs, click here to be taken to the NMB Beach Ordinance page).
HOUSE RULES
*Absolutely no smoking (cigarettes, vaping, e-cigarettes, marijuana, etc.) of any kind — not even on the balcony. Evidence of smoking in the unit or on the balcony will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee assessed against the card on file.
*No parties. We are a family-oriented, quieter building. If you host a party, the police will be called, you will be removed from the property, and no refunds will be issued.
*The primary renter must be 25 and staying on the premises for the duration of the reservation. Rentals made on behalf of someone else are not permitted. Again, failure to follow this policy will result in removal from the condo without a refund.
*Please respect the property. This is our vacation home and we are thrilled to share it with you. Please treat it with care so the next guest (and our family) may continue to enjoy it.
