Here’s What’s In Stock At Wahoo Waters:

*Please note: We do our best to keep this list up-to-date. We are adding items to the condo regularly, as the need arises. Occasionally, a guest may remove an item from the unit or break something without notifying us, resulting in the item’s unexpected absence.

Living Room:

65″ Wall-mounted flat screen TV, two couches (couches are not sleeper-sofas), coffee table, end tables, lamps. Inside the coffee table: a few random reading books, cookbooks, crossword puzzles, etc.

On the tall, white shelf: puzzles, magna-tiles (kid toy), vTech Touch & Teach Sea Turtle, decks of cards, poker set, a few look-and-find books, board games (Scrabble, Monopoly, Stratego, Clue).

Kitchen:

Appliances: electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, standard fridge/freezer combo, Keurig, steamer, crockpot.

Dishes: ceramic large and small plates, bowls, cups, etc. Kid-friendly plastic dishes, bowls, and cups. Wine glasses

Utensils (besides the obvious forks/spoons/knives): bottle opener, can opener, electric mixer, trivets, cutting boards, potholders

Pans: cookie sheets, pots, pyrex baking dishes

Miscellaneous supplies: plastic (Ziploc) bags, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, various cleaning supplies.

Dining Room:

The condo has an open floor plan in the main living space, so the dining room is really a table for six (plus four barstools at the kitchen counter, if needed/desired).

Bedrooms:

The beds will be made with fresh linens and each room includes a flat-screen Smart TV with cable (except the 3rd/corner bedroom, which has a Roku TV with a cable app, but no cable box).

In the closets, you’ll find two vacuums, luggage/suitcase stands, and plug-in fans, should you desire one.

Bathrooms:

The bathrooms have soap, spare toilet paper, cleaners, and a hair dryer under the cabinet in the hallway bathroom, should you need one.

Dry Entry & Washer/Dryer Closet:

In the dry entry, you’ll find two low-rise adult beach chairs, two kid beach chairs, three boogey boards and some sand toys.

There are also two regular chairs to sit in if you want to view the pool from the shade of the dry entry (remember, there is no lifeguard on duty, so please supervise children closely).

The washer and dryer are located in the locked closet/utility room in the dry entry. Please leave it locked when not in use (two keys are located on two lanyards on the labeled wall-hook inside the main unit). Please remember to leave the laundry keys when you check-out.

In the washer/dryer closet, there are cabinets above that include: laundry detergent, fabric softener, various cleaning supplies, handyman supplies, etc. (We are aware the cabinet interior needs new paint and some organization; that’s on our list for this fall!).
